The public project page of the DECIDE pilot is being prepared at this address. It will introduce the pilot — cross-border sharing of local government data between Flanders and Germany, secured by Verifiable Credentials — and publish the recorded walkthrough of the live demonstrator.
DECIDE connects local governments in Flanders and Germany around the data local democracy itself produces: council decisions and the structured facts derived from them. [ui!] Urban Software Institute represents the German pilot cities Freiburg and Bamberg; the Flemish side is operated by ABB, building on the lblod programme.
